You can see our real product in exhibitions(such as Canton Fair, Arab Health, abroad show etc.), also welcome for your visiting to our company and factory.
Which countries did you sell your medical products?
We had exported our hospital bed to more than 100 countries, our main market is the middle east, Southeast Asia, African, South America etc.. and we have got CE certificated.
What are the payment terms and methods?
30% deposit before production, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T, L/C, Western Union, Money Gram, etc.
Do you provide training?
We can supply training at our factory free of charge when you place your order. If you want our engineer to do installation & training in your country, you should bear the air ticket, hotel, and accommodation fees.
How do you handle technical assistance & after sales?
You can solve simple problems according to our User's Manual. For other issues, contact us via digital messaging platforms, and we will provide the correct inspection method, solution & technical support within 2 working days.
What are the modes of shipment?
We can ship the goods by courier (TNT, DHL, FEDEX, EMS, etc.), by air, or by sea.
